By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled by customer before they are shipped
  • Orders can be cancelled by Paarmi Cares in absence of valid medical prescription or customer not meeting age criteria.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent to connect@paarmicares.shop within 24 Hours.
  • A full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

After Dispatch

Customers may request a return only if eligible under the return policy below.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to consumable hemp-based wellness products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

Eligible Returns

Returns will be accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product is delivered
  • Product has a manufacturing defect
  • Product is expired at the time of delivery

Return Request Requirements

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must include:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images of the product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for approval)

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective results
  • Product seal is opened or tampered
  • Product has been used
  • Request is made after 48 hours
  • Improper storage by customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Return Policy

When Refunds Are Approved

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: 7–14 working days after approval

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless error is from our side)
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, customers may opt for replacement instead of refund.

Replacement is subject to:

  • Approval by our support team
  • Product availability
  • Verification of issue

  • Allowed once with 24-hour prior notice

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Delays may occur due to:

Risk transfers upon successful delivery confirmation.

Paarmi Cares is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or regulatory inspections.

Hemp Product & Compliance Notice

Hemp regulations may vary across Indian states.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • Hemp-based wellness products are permitted in your location
  • You are responsible for local compliance

Paarmi Cares is not liable for:

  • Shipment restrictions in specific regions
  • Delivery delays due to regulatory checks

Adverse Reactions

If you experience any adverse reaction:

  • Discontinue use immediately
  • Seek medical advice
  • Inform us within 48 hours

Refunds in such cases are subject to:

  • Proper usage verification
  • Medical documentation (if required)
  • Review of disclosed health information

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests in cases of:

  • Repeated claims abuse
  • False or misleading information
  • Manipulated evidence
  • Intentional misuse of products

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Government actions
  • Regulatory changes
